Just like the Palas Iași mixed-use development in the proximity, Palas Campus is a mixed-use urban regeneration project set to revitalize an underdeveloped central area of Iași City, namely Sf. Andrei.
The new project will deliver 54,000 sqm of premium office spaces on the market and will be the largest office building in Romania in terms of surface area. Concurrently, the project will consolidate the regional business hub in downtown Iași developed in the Palas complex, which thus reaches 130,000 sqm of class A office spaces, and more than 50 tenant companies operating in industries such as IT, automotive, banking, etc. In terms of retail, the employees and nearby residents will have access to a new food market concept, provided with restaurants, coffee shops and terraces, as well as an area dedicated to local producers and entrepreneurs.
Palas Campus has been a sustainable project since the very design phase, being the only one undergoing a double green certification process – EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) of the US Green Building Council. The project has benefited from the first green loan granted to a Romanian company by IFC, part of the World Bank.
